In Home Care
Compassionate support that helps independent seniors thrive at home.
Our in-home care services provide compassionate, non-medical assistance that helps older adults maintain their independence, comfort and quality of life—right where they’re most comfortable: at home.
Through the Illinois Department on Aging’s Community Care Program, our caregivers—called Home Care Assistants—receive specialized training to provide high-quality, reliable support. For your peace of mind, all caregivers are fingerprinted, background-checked and bonded.
Home Care Assistants can help with:
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Shopping and errands
- Personal care such as grooming and bathing
- Escorting clients to doctor appointments via our transportation services
Please note: Home Care Assistants are not certified to provide medical care.

Services are free to eligible seniors, with eligibility determined by Mercyhealth at Home. Requirements include:
